By accessing or using ProfolioAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProfolioAI analyzes resumes using AI to provide ATS scoring, critiques, rewrites, interview preparation, and generates a live portfolio website published to your GitHub account. Results are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only.

3. Account & Credits

You sign in via GitHub OAuth. New accounts receive free credits on signup. Credits are consumed per feature use and are non-transferable. Additional credits may be purchased via Razorpay.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your resume and any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content via AI models solely to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass credit limits, upload malicious files, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer

AI-generated content (ATS scores, critiques, rewrites, interview questions, portfolios) may contain inaccuracies. ProfolioAI is not responsible for hiring outcomes, job application results, or third-party use of generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ProfolioAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
